Welcome To WHT thegamerscup!

You can search them here and you will see a review like this:

And many more...

Since your friend referred it to you, I am sure they improved. It is not always the same with a provider. Sometimes they improve for a better and some worst.

Goodluck!

It seems you are using many reseller providers obiztek.

Can you please submit to WHT Helpdesk your domains with this provider?

Thanks.

we had a reseller account with them but they delete it because one of my customer hosted a financial site on the server and before we take any action against my customer they seized our account and refuse to let us take backup of our data.

So, be sure that you know what your customers going to host on the site or otherwise choose some other host.

Yes, nothing wrong with their price. And their help desk is good. I have an account with them and 12 domains on it.

BUT ... my email is constantly giving me problems. I think it has to do with their server. So bad one of my clients took his domain somewhere else.

Anyone else had this problem with resellerGuru?

Thanks for the welcome. This is a helpful forum.

Yes, I have been in touch with them about the email issue. They had suggestions. Were always prompt. But their server seems to be the problem. It is constantly down, it seems to me. Maybe it's something else. I am not a techo. Anyway, for my own email, it doesn't worry me, but for clients, there ARE concenrs.

helm is a very good control panel... but a bit tricky for a new user.

But just like cPanel and Plesk, once you get the hang of it -- it becomes almost second nature. You just gotta mess around with it at first.
