So, be sure that you know what your customers going to host on the site or otherwise choose some other host. lenmcgrane 05-24-2006, 12:12 AM Yes, nothing wrong with their price. And their help desk is good. I have an account with them and 12 domains on it. BUT ... my email is constantly giving me problems. I think it has to do with their server. So bad one of my clients took his domain somewhere else. Anyone else had this problem with resellerGuru? Len net 05-24-2006, 12:24 AM Did you contact them lenmcgrane? They would be able to help you if you contact them. Welcome to WHT too :-) lenmcgrane 05-24-2006, 12:28 AM Thanks for the welcome. This is a helpful forum. Yes, I have been in touch with them about the email issue. They had suggestions. Were always prompt. But their server seems to be the problem. It is constantly down, it seems to me. Maybe it's something else. I am not a techo. Anyway, for my own email, it doesn't worry me, but for clients, there ARE concenrs. Also i have some doubts in the HELM control panel, any thoughts on this? webstarindia 05-26-2006, 12:54 AM helm is a very good control panel... but a bit tricky for a new user. FuelGamer 05-26-2006, 03:02 AM helm is a very good control panel... but a bit tricky for a new user. But just like cPanel and Plesk, once you get the hang of it -- it becomes almost second nature. You just gotta mess around with it at first. thegamerscup 05-26-2006, 07:18 AM helm is a very good control panel... but a bit tricky for a new user. Tricky as far as? |
