I found some one saying http://www.microsoft.com/ISN is a control panel for windows, i cant find anything about it.

Any else windows control panel which is free ?

It's really not a developed Control Panel. Also, you will need AD in order to get it working.

HostingController is a good panel for Windows, but it's not free:).

If you want free, go with Linux. They've got Webmin and WebCP control panels which are both free. Just as long as your not using any Windows software, Linux is the way to go.
