I am looking to offer stats to those using our free forum hosting serves. The program is phpBB and I would like to get some sort of awstats, statcounter, addfree, type stats in their control panels to show referring sites, daily stats, etc. Graphical results is a plus.

Anyone have an idea how this could be done?

If the forums are hosted on different subdomains or parts of the website you could set up an apache log file for each forum.

This is how awstats runs if i'm not mistaken; takes the apache log file and parses it putting all the information in the specific criterias and categories.

Yes, they are on subdomains. I have no idea where to go from here however.

Find out where the logs are stored then start looking in to stats programs.
