I provide remote administration service for dedicated servers my customers.
I need nice support system (ticket system+livechat) + monitoring such as nagios, cacti and easy bliing with a custom fields and ability to change list of service and price any time
Please tell me best software which can handle that. Thanks!

Kayako.com is good for livechat and tickets. Nagios, you would have to install your own. And billing is usually not included with control panel software as they don't want to deal with such a complicated task.

Modernbill has an "add-on" called NOCManager that includes b/w accounting, server monitoring, etc.
RMHServers 05-20-2006, 07:52 PM For billing, we use Ubersmith which has a device manager... For support, we use Kayako Support Suite (which can share the Ubersmith login). For monitoring we use Zabbix, Nagios, and 3rd party SiteUptime. For bandwidth, we also use Cacti.

What I said is that no software includes everything. It's a combination of different programs put together.

No Nocmanger does not include server monitoring or accounting.
You have to buy Modernbill for billing, Hybodus for monitoring and Kayako for support desk.
Actually there is http://nocwizard.com that has it all, we use it but the developer has gone a little AWOL lately so not sure where it is going or what is going to happen to it.
I have been looking over whmcs it is looking very very promising. Has the billing some monitorig and a help desk all in one.

I know ubersmith. But I want use one software for all. It is possible share database ubersmith for nginx and cacti?
