hello,

i have configured my bind, mail server, apache, ftp, snort, netsaint, mysql, php ...etc ... using command line ...

is it possible for me to install PLESK version 2.5 now?
If it is possible, do i need to configure those mentioned above all over again ? or do i need to get their default conf file?

or do i need to re-install the OS and then install the PLESK ???

thanks,

Tazzman

I believe Plesk should be installed on a blank box (fresh install of OS). I could be wrong, though.

ya,

generally plesk likes to be installed on a clean box. You could try it, but you'll most likely run into errors through the process.

The only chance you have in getting this to work is using the RPM version of PSA for installation. Even this I am not 100% sure will work but I know for a fact that the standard PSA install will not work with the above configuration.

Why not just do a fresh install? This will and should be error free.
