hi, is there anyway to make plesk not allow client logins to the control panel? Or just to disable control panel access for client logins?
I only want the admin and domain users to be able to login to the control panel. I will still have client accounts, they just don't need to login.
Well, if clients already have access, change thir passwords and don't tell them the new ones. If you haven't given them access info at all, then...
What else do you want to accomplish...?

well i am using ihelp desk for support and it uses the client login to login when I use the domain login for my users to access the control panel. I don't want my users to have access to the client login of the control panel so i was hoping to disable the client control panel login so that I could still use iHelp support desk.
Frozen: perhaps you should reread what this guy wants to do... You know, if you disable the client in the cp, you're disabling ALL the domains that are under that client. Not just domain logins, all services for all the client's domains are disabled (http, ftp, ...).
A very bad idea in this case. ;)

Sorry, My mistake. It seemed to me that you could do that with plesk but it must have been another control panel I have used I am thinking of.

Change the value of "status" to false in the clients table of the psa db.

I must admit Dan is the man when it comes to plesk issues. I would like to thank him to for providing an answer to this question as I was curious after I found my method didn't work.
