I have been trying to access risk management all day because my account is blocked and I have an expired domain in it. I need to renew it ASAP since my custommer is without email service or website. Can you please help? Can someone else help?

eniki 05-20-2006, 06:01 PM While we're on the subject. I often have unanswered tickets for 7+ days, sometimes as long as a couple of weeks. In fact I have two right now (username Eniki). It's very frustrating when clients' domains have expired and there is no way to renew them because of system problems and nobody will help you.
Is this something that's ever expected to improve? I can't say I've ever had particularly good service from RegisterFly.

I can't login to my account.
I can retrive my login data.
My email is saved in their system without @, I can see that when I am doing whois.
When I enter my real email trying to retrive account data message says that it is not found in their system, when I enter email without @ then I get message that my information is found and that it will be resend, but where
there is no email without @
I am sending support request for days but nothing.

It was YOU who forgot login details.
It was YOU who have entered wrong email address into their system.
How's that that now you're trying to make *them* responsible for your own mistakes.
P.S. Try to call them.
xfairguy 05-26-2006, 08:38 AM Well I can't claim that I did entered email address correctly beacuse they don't have validation to check if email is entered in correct format when you registering so that may be my mistake.
But how hard is to reply to my email and resend me my account login information, it is not more than 2 minutes of work.
P.S.
I am in Europe so calling them is not my first choice.

I have. It's very good at saving you money when you're on hold from overseas. I gave up after 45 mins the one time I tried to phone registerfly. Maybe I was unlucky and just happened to pick an unusually busy day for them ...

On a mail box 2 letters REGISTERFLY.COM PAYMENT RECEIPT have come. Then I have decided to register very important domain for myself, money took off, the letter has come, the domain on me have not registered, he in 10 minutes was registered by another
The person and after that all my account have blocked.
