Anyone here succesfully using this combo? There is no way I can see to delete tickets in Safari. Clicking on Mass action does nothing. Clicking on delete does nothing. Must be some kind of javascript error. No help from kayako support so far. Any ideas? And yes I prefer to use Safari over Firefox. Here's what it says in my console:

Safari 2.0.3, Mac OS 10.4.6 and Esupport 3.00.04.

why dont you upgrade to esupport stable 3.00.81 ? and check if it does nor work....

We tried yesterday but got a bunch of errors. Will try again later, but I have a feeling it's still gonna be an issue.

The problem is fixed in version .80 of kayako esupport
