Hello,
Once again i decided to write something abount this two registars, looking for others opinion.

Basic Aspects

ResellerClub:
- Point a sub-domain of your domain to their servers and manage your own domains from there with no cost.
- No minium account refill
- Personalisabe adresses for your sub-resellers, and ability to costumers to manage
their own domains inside you domain managment site (in resellerclub), hiding resellerclub from be show.

eNom:
- You have to build you own site with the API info privided to interact to enom from your own site, or purchase PDQ.
- Account Refil minium of 100USD
- The last point i aint have mutch knowledge.

As a current ResellerClub reseller i have refered the aspects i think are "basical"
The information about enom is what i have read in their site "running" without looking deeply into that.

I hope somebody can refer or clarify other aspects of enom or resellerclub im missing, positive questions and funcionability and negative ones.

Regards

At the moment eNom have a much wider range of TLDs. ResellerClub are hopfully going to close the gap fairly soon though.

I believe it is .tv, .cc and .au ... think there was one more but not sure.

Hopefully it's within the next week or so; well that's the impression I got from them.

I've had an email from them to say:

"We have also been accredited for the following TLDs: .uk, .eu,.travel, .job, & will very soon be providing registration for the same."

They wouldn't give me an exact time, but suggested it would be "within a couple of months".

The only thing to be aware of is that they do offer a limited range of TLDs. You can't get .uk, .eu, etc, though I have been assured that they are coming soon.

at enom you have a lot TLD bud most off them are very expensive e.g. .eu .de bud .co.uk is very good at enom

I'm not eNoms biggest fan for a number of reasons, but it's mainly to do with being in the UK. Also, the minimum $100 top up while can be a problem, especually for small companies or projects.

Well, DirectI had a first minumum deposit of $75.00. I don't know how the things are working now, with ResellerClub, though.

They have what apears to be a great beginning but there are some major flaws. The largest flaw is the fact that your customers will be able to relatively easily reveal resellerclub as your provider and your resellers will almost certainly go directly to them.

Although they claim to never reveal themselves they leave hints all over your resellerclub generated websites. Example, the words orderbox, supersite and partnersite are like trademarks of resellerclub and they are constantly referred to on your sites for your customers to see. They then can simply search the word orderbox in google.com and see logicboxes.com who's 'about us' link reveals directi.com who of course will reveal resellerclub.com.

They are either very cunning, or very laxed in checking for these obvious clues. If you view their video on customizing your supersite (which is also available to your resellers), you'll see links in the example code to resellerclub.com.

If and when they resolve this major flaw, they'll have an extremely competitive product and offering. Until then, why send your resellers to resellerclub when you won't even get a commision for the referal.

Does anyone know what the fees are for using their credit card service to sell products? I can find enoms fee pricing but this reseller club site is like going around in one big circle and not finding the link you need.

DirectI seem to get a better write up on here than GoDaddy - a lot of people seem to be getting away from GoDaddy.

One of many differences: DirectI's main business is reselling. GoDaddy's - the end user.

No, not currently at least. There is supposed to be ResellerClub support in V5 (Search for DirectI on their forums); however, it is not currently there (at least not last time I looked).

$100 is not much for any company.
We've been using enom for quite some time and are very happy with their services - as for ResellerClub(directi) we're still watching.

Well, choice is yours... GoDaddy, however, is NOT intended for reselling...

This is on behalf of ResellerClub.

At the outset, thank you easygoin, for bringing this issue to our attention. We do concede that a mistake has been made - it was purely an oversight - and the concerned Video is in the process of being modified.

The ResellerClub Program provides completely Private-Labeled Services. We agree that the words SuperSite/PartnerSite/Orderbox are used in our Partial Branding System, but, by using our Branding features, Resellers are given complete freedom to not only FULLY BRAND the SuperSite/PartnerSite URLs and Headers etc., but also to change the content of these websites as per their requirements.

We firmly stand by our commitment to our Resellers, and we will continue to strive to ensure we remain the best choice for all Resellers in this industry.

We appreciate your valuable feedback and suggestions. Thanks again, for helping us serve you better.
