I'm starting a Nintendo Wii website, and I'm very anxious to get underway. I need someone who can design and code (or at least handle the coding) of a very themed site.

I need light colours, shades of blue.
Random headers with nintendo characters in their.
A homepage, content page and A-Z list page - all very similar, just a few graphical changes
Quite graphically intense, I need rounded edges etc to make it seem 'nintendo'
More info will be provided to the chosen designer

I will not lie, we're looking for someone who can working quickly and cheaply but to a good standard.

-- I will also offer extra if you can code a forum skin based on this. This is not nessesary however.
