I have never heard of them and thier prices are too high for me to go with an unknown.

Looking at their $99/month server, a 700MHz processor is adequate but not overly exciting compared to a 1 Ghz - 1.7 Ghz offered elsewhere for $99/month. 128 MB ECC RAM is absolutely not enough - you would 512 MB or even 1GB for a good server. A 20.5 GB is on the small side for an IDE disk - and you want a 7200 RPM drive or better if possible. 10 GB of Traffic - that's not much bandwidth at all, even for only one large web site. And no control panel is included (which is fine, but if you want one you have to add that price)

What is their network? BGP?

I do like their 30 day money back gaurantee, but you could get a much better value from RackShack.net or tranxactglobal.com or nocster.net for example (300-400 GB/month vs. 10, 512 MB membory vs 128 MB, 40 or 60 GB 7200 hard drive vs. 20 GB 5400 drive, etc.)
