Hi,

I am planning to host a e-Commerce, developed for Phone Cards , developed on Windows NT, Java, Oracle....it has all the features of shopping cart, credit card validation...i want u to suggest me a better plan of action for hosting.....what are the contrains i need to take care before...i get into action.
