Hi all this new problem ive had it before and it fixed itself before, but now im doing some work and its really ticking me off.

Basically im using flash fxp i try uploading this file when it reaches 45secs it restarts? im like woah? i tried different ftp same thing, also ive tried different servers still same problem. It cant be my connection as ive played a game and theres no connection breakages, also ive rang up my isp and they cant suss out what it is and the connection is fine. All programmes on my PC are closed inc all anti virus softwares, and have this problem.

check the screenshot i had done, it says timeout as there has been no connection for 900secs? i did 72000 timeout on the ftp still same thing. Ive tried different ftp's and servers still same think i get connection breakage...., would anybody know what it could be? ive restarted my computer and router still same thing.

Could be your host's server.
Does this happen alot?

I could give you an FTP login if you wish to try it on one of my servers, then when it breaks the connection I might be able to find something in the logs.

Sure thing dude many thanks! but i think same thing may happen.

@ laydee its not ftp programme its not host and its not my connection like i had explained above. But im trying out on a diff comp now.

and Begore if your online around tonight 10:30pm GMT then we'll give it a go.

ok i think i know what the problem is, something on my PC? ive used adware to clean my pc and still i get same problem. Ive tried the ftp on my sisters computer and it works fine and uploads. But its something on my PC which is breaking the connection every 45 secs? well my internets up, i can play games dont notice any connection breakages but when i try ftp uploading it breaks at 45secs?

Hmm, very odd! I'm afraid that's not something that's going to show up in log files, so setting up a test account for you isn't going achieve anything.

If I can think of anything, I'll certainly let you know.
