I need to reduce the video part of a flash header to make it very small yet still attractive. I could just delete 400 frames, but that makes the video jerky when it goes from last frame to first frame.....

I need most of the frames eliminated but make it so when it loops back to the beginning, it's not a big jerk.

/me has been working on this all day and is tired......
