What multi domain hosting the best (under $12/m)?

A hefty portion of this thread has been removed. The requests forum does give members the opportunity to request/post offers directly, however this is the correct place for advice (which is the 'best').

I'm also looking for multi-domain hosting and considering site5 (http://www.site5.com) and Dominet.net (http://www.dominet.net/). If price is your main consideration, Dominet's standard package for 2 extra domains is $9.95 a month with an annual payment. Also, Dominet provides a separate account for each domain, rather than providing a sub-directory with catch-all e-mail addresses. I'm still trying to decide which one to go with...
