Caden Media Corporation (CMC) is presently seeking contractors for several projects as we continue to build our supplier network in preparation for the summer 2006 launch of an enterprise we acquired in late 2005.
Multiple contracts are available, payable at varying rates (actual rates to be quoted by contractors after reviewing the work involved). For most projects, CMC will also pay a deposit once contracts are awarded and in advance of scheduling work loads or, where applicable, product training.

2. Web Application Programmers/Developers - Feature Components (pending for release May 2006)

IMPORTANT: As we're dealing with work that will be performed remotely and at distances for which it is impractical to personally interview candidates, CMC is using a standard Tender/Request For Proposal (RFP) process to identify and select qualified contractors. This process is similar to that used for in-house employment opportunities, however CMC issues a full description of the project rather than a small generic job advertisement, and interested parties are required to submit bids or proposals as opposed to resumes or attending interviews. Also, rather than stating salary expectations, contractors/suppliers are asked to identify the rates they believe fairly represent the work involved in the project.
