Hi
Seeing as there are many 'niggly' faults with cpanel, is it worthwhile have a cpanel faults sub-forum?
I know of at least 15 faults which one wouldn't quite expect from cpanel.
regards
There is the "Hosting Software and Control Panels" forum, which doesn't get a lot of traffic and where that subject would be on-topic.
There's also the "WHT suggestions and feedback" forum, where this subject would be on-topic. :)
Would you also come here looking for a solution to a problem that has to do with your web host? I think not. If you haven't already, why not try the following:
http://support.cpanel.net/
http://forums.cpanel.net/
http://forums.cpanel.net/read.php?TID=584

We haven't run into a Cpanel bug in quite some time, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. In order for them to be fixed, they need to be reported to the appropriate place. A hundred people here on these forums complaining about a Cpanel issue doesn't get it fixed--but one person sending in a proper bug report does!
