WHOOPS - JUST REALIZED I WAS IN THE WRONG FORUM - REPOSTING TO DOMAIN NAME FORUM, SORRY!!!!

We've just acquired a company that does hosting, and runs Windows-based servers. We need to move them to our colo facility with the least downtime possible. We're going to adding their DNS records into our DNS server, so that we can just change the IP addresses on our end once we're ready (we're changing TTLs and whatnot as well - we know what to do about this stuff).

However, I can't seem to figure out how to do the zone transfers from their NT4 servers (running Microsoft DNS) to our linux-based server running BIND 9.2.2

I know that the BIND9 server is very picky about proper RFC compliant zone files, which is why I haven't even tried to import the individual zone files provided to me from the NT4 server - I can tell it will be a headache (and there are a few hundred zone files to go through).

Any thoughts, help, or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
