Hello,

I am thinking of starting a web hosting business for small companies including basic web design.

My web site will work like this:
Customer comes to mywebsite.com and makes a order. He chooses to have a simple layout with two colors (that he has chosen) with one custom image. Then my web designers will see that there is a new order from the system. One of the designers takes the project, orders the domain, makes the custom image and publishes the new web site with the simple CMS that the customer can use to write content.

Do you know any if there are any systems out there that I could use or do I have to code this?

And one additional question:
Any tips, where I can find a good european web host for this kind of web hosting business?

It has to be very simple for our customers (who don't know anything even about html). Add/Edit/Delete page should be the only functions for the customer.

I think you need to a reseller account that comes with a site builder package.

Look at SiteBuilder from SWSoft, this is a relatively easy to use package and includes ~100 templates that can be further customized with different color schemes, flash intros, banner graphics, etc. per template.

You could take a look at some of the website builders out there that you can ad on to a normal shared/reseller hosting account. But, from what it sounds like you are trying to do this would more than likely require some custom software or coding.
