1) Task 1 : I Need a Custom/Very Simple PHP&MYSQL Script.
The design is ready..just am looking for a coder to complete it , it's very simple and will not take more than a day or a few hours! (user signup+very very small control panel , depts add/edit/remove , very simple admin panel ) will take about this in detail , but it's very simple and can be completed within a day or less .

This project MUST be ready on Next Wed ( After 2 days) , it's very simple and will not take time .
2) 2nd Task: I Need a Good Report Writer to prepare a report about "Ethics & Corporate Responsibility" , with a good format + contents page ,Charts and graphs etc .
