Every few days one of my servers' httpd process would die off, and in WHM when I click on "service status" I see it up. I am totally puzzled.

Also, I get this error right before Apache dies. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Useless advice. I'm already running it. Killing it now is not a feasible solution.

I'm guessing that as well, although I've yet to pinpoint the problem. Has anyone else ever run into this sort of problem?
