I only have experience with www.2checkout.com (http://www.2checkout.com) for receiving credit card payments & I'm pretty satisfied about them.

They accept sites that are MLM/Ponzi in nature. They are heading towards Stormpay route... I would say - stay away from them!

What are you looking for in a payment gateway? I use Paypal but here is another one you might want to explore : moneybookers.com

I am using AlertPay. I am happy, but the big problem is that they canno process credit cards at the moment, and have not been able to do so for a couple of months now. If they can sort that out, it will be a good alternative payment processor.

But better be careful with new processors.
Don't put all your eggs in one new basket!

Alertpay is good for me, withdrawn from them a couple times now no problem.
I dont really recommend Moneybookers, I used my account for accepting hosting payments only and they suspended my account because I receieved suspecious payments. (This is the only payment processor I ever had this problem with)
