Is there a method to create a hosting plan without email facilities?

If you create accounts in Webhost manager you can set the limit of POP3 accounts to 0. Why would you not want to give email accounts?

There's a good reason for not having email accounts with CPanel/WHM - If you have your DNS and MX hosted elsewhere, it causes problems with sendmail - Any forms submitted from the server will not reach the correct address, they will end up in the mail box on the server instead of where the correct MX record is hosted.

There should be a way to create an account within WHM that does not set up an email account (Plesk etc can all do this), there currently is not a way to create an account without email - Setting the email accounts to 0 does not seem to resolve the problem.
