In all due respect to this, you were online most of today chatting with the our VP of Marketing, and sent in a sales request 2 1/2 hours ago, asking for a price consideration. Your questions were answered by Jason. The special request you asked for had to go through myself personally, and it did take some time to respond. I apologized for the delay in response, and offered you a solution to it as well. I think it unfair to state that we wouldn't respond to you in 3 hours, but rather a request outside the specs of a normal reply took some time to be received.
My schedule is 12PM EST until usually 1-2AM EST, it allows me to work with clients from both sides of the world who need to work with me through AIM, and real-time support. Also, I had to speak with the CEO on this one, so that I could facilitate your request, and work something out with you. Sorry I missed the opportunity to reply quick enough to gain your business.

Best of luck,

yes that is true i talked to somone on icq that pmed me and said they were from there

i asked about maybe being a bit more leniant on the outrageous <sorry for spelling> setup fee's that nocster has, so i asked if he could deal and he said he was in nocster public relations then he said to email sales and they would answer my question and it took a good 2-3 hours to reply from them.

and i did get the email and replied , i understand while they are slow today swamped with all those nocster requests :)

best of luck nocster/burstnet
