I don't think it would be wise to give anyone your root passwords. Why don't you just give them access to a trouble ticket system and then they simply enter all of the information and you then read it and perform the maintenance yourself?

I think that this is the safest option if you are going to outsource.

Same situation here. I attempted to contact them via their webform and still no response.

Before giving anyone your root password I would make them sign a NDA or Confidentiality agreement. That’s the only way you can protect yourself really... and even then it won't stop everyone, it just gives you the legal right to sue them if they do something bad.

You do not have to give us your root passwords at first. Although, we will not be able to answer all tickets without them, you can at least try us first, if you think we are doing good then give them to us, otherwise do not. This is what most are doing.

To those who tried to signup and did not get any information. I handle all signups by hand, to check the information, etc. I had a small problem with outlook and my computer, and lost a few emails, one of those emails might have been yours, however it is fixed now, and all is good, hope to talk to you later.

Best Regards,
