I have my domains registered with them and the website seems to be down?
www.hellodomains.net , its been down for 3 days i guess?

Hellodomains appears to be an enom reseller:

Domain Name: HELLODOMAINS.NET
Registrar: ENOM, INC.

And yup, their site's down. Looks like they've got DNS problems. (or worse...)

But downtime of 3 days is unacceptable, in any case. Weren't they hosted at managed.com, by a chance? :)

Since they're an eNom reseller, contact eNom. They should have provisions in place that protect you when one of their resellers goes out of business.

Contact the true registrar. It looks like these 'hello'-companies were using eNom, so it should be the first your point of contact.

I don't know if this will work, but it has to worth a try
Go to www.eNom.co (http://www.eNom.co)
try to log in using the log in details you had for Hellodomains.net
If you can get in that way you could 'push them to any eNom account
