Who is your distributer, just so we know to avoid them.

If I had 3 guesses as to who the "distributor" is, I would guess that it isn't really an authorized distributor at all. My guess is that it is a member of this board who is selling them cheap based on his bulk discounts and is NOT a distributor.

Tranxactglobal as in DV2? I thought those guys were okay. We haven't had any problems.

They have been purchasing CPanel at a reduced bulk rate from another Partner NOC. However, I understand they are now in process of obtaining Partner NOC status for themselves. Either way, I don't think they are overly adept at CPanel. They also don't do managed solutions. :)
