I have problem with a domain and namecheap told me to contact enom at legal@enom.com

I sent 2 e-mails there 3-4 days ago and they didn't reply yet. Any idea how much time does it take to get a reply?

I think we all know the answer...

One of my customers domain/account hacked and used for phishing. So enom disable it. Enom finally replied and everything is ok.
