Dear friends,
in the past (before 1,5 years) i use a CPANEL hoster (VDI).
I have some problems with email. If a alone friend send to me email i receive this. But in some mailing lists i never can receive mails. I dont know if this is a problem of old CPANEL only or of all shared ip hosters.
Can you please inform me if the CPANEL (VDI) have this problem and now?
It is very helpfull for me a answer of a person how know this problem in the past and now can you inform me if this remain.

I don't know if this is the reason, but by default CPanel servers are set up to reject email coming from servers with no reverse DNS set up (this can be easily changed by editing the exim config). Furthermore, if you have Spam Assassin turned on, this is known to delete email coming from mailing lists as they usually aren't addressed directly to the receiver.

Can everyone have the same problems now with cpanel 4.8.
