Geez, sometimes the smallest things get me. A few days ago, I was pinging a site, you know, Start>Run>Command. I hit the button that made it Full Screen. How the he** do I get it back to a regular window again??

Thanks.

Now if you could tell us how they get the caramel in the Caramilk bar... :D

Years ago when I had a business in the food industry, I got pretty chummy with a health inspector did regular inspections at my place. She also did inspections where they made the Caramilk bar. So I was able to pry the secret out of her... :D

OK, here goes:

First they put a flat slab of chocolate down. Then they mix the liquid caramel with liquid invert sugar, an emulsifier, which temporarily solidifies the caramel. It stays solid until the effect of the invert sugar breaks down. It is in that time period that the caramel is cut into squares and placed on top of the slab of chocolate. Then a coat of melted chocolate is poured over to seal in the caramel. Eventually, the caramel reverts back to liquid form, and voila!

Someday, I'll tell you about how they make Wrigley's chewing gum. I used to have them as a customer, and would regularly tour their factory. Cool process.
