I would like to suggest you to get your own dedicated, if you can't manage it, hire someone or get a managed server.

Ok, so what you want is, roughly 1/4 of an entire server...So I would budget accordingly.

OK, lets follow this...

You want about 1/4 of the servers space and bandwidth allowances and are willing to pay $50 max.

So if the server cost is around $200 (good price for basic Dual Core or well spec-ed P4) if the server owner sold 3 more people just like you he loses money after the transaction fee's from the CC Company and has no money to support you.

You can not afford what you want. Drastically lower your space and bandwidth requirements and you will be able to get quality or we will see you back here again soon when your "great deal" goes belly up.

Beachcomber said it right. There's also the option of increasing your budget accordingly.

i have 40 website Are these your websites or are you indeed reselling hosting? If they're yours, place some ads on them to get the necessary cash. If they're your customers', it has probably come the time for them too to pay according their usage. ;)

time to go dedicated or find someone willing to go halves in a dedicated are you really using all that 400gb a month ?
