Hate to disappoint you but we did not pay her anything nor did we request this post be made.

Can't a customer share her good experience with us without being jumped all over?

As you can see, she isn't just somebody that signed up to "praise" us, she has been around for a little while.

We are very pleased that customers are visiting web forums and placing positive reviews about us, but we see no need why they have to be accused of US paying them to do so.

Nah, I caught it but just wanted to confirm that we actually did NOT request this or pay her and were caught a little off guard on this.

Some information as to what newbizhelp finds best would probably help.

newbizhelp, how long have you been with them?

SoftWareRevue,

I will agree on that aspect.

Hopefully she will provide you all with some more details on why she likes our service (although she has already listed: has great service & always up & fast!).

Hopefully she will also share with you how long she has been with us, we cannot disclose this information ourselves.

Hi everybody! No payment here=) Actually if you do a search, you will see that a month or two ago, I was posting questions about whether these guys were good or not (as thier prices are so cheap) & got good responses.. so, I decided that I should share the good news, that is what this forum is about right? Telling it all about the good ones & the bad ones? Well, this is definetly a good one! I was hoping I was helping some of you who have gotten stuck with the "bad" ones out! Especially by posting thier special. =)

Not an attack, but I was looking over your plans
and your top plan was $20 a year and your normal plans are $6 a year..

So you plan to work and provide hosting to someone for 50 cents a month?

Guess you need at least 2 clients to purchase one of those $1 hamburgers at mcdonalds each month :)

Are you connected with cyberwings? Cheap yearly prices, Plesk control panel and the way you place an order for hosting seems the same. Just curious.

3GB transfer per month = 36GB per year
$9.10 / 36GB = $0.25 per GB

We are a profitable company.

That is the only issue at hand.

Been in business 6 months now, only the past 2 has business really picked up.

And we are a profitable company. People shouldn't worry about how we make money.

Yeah, people should worry how you make money - it's a great indicator of long-term stability. Profitability now is no indicator of it in the future unless it's built on a solid biz plan...people are just pointing out that your support load will quickly overwhelm you with your prices. Enron was profitable.

marsky,

Some valid points except for Enron.

Enron has collapsed for several issues and most of them being illegal practices, nothing we will be partaking in!

Enron did not collapse because they sold so much they couldn't handle a support load.

I think someone's been watching too much Columbo ;)

I guess that they checked the order log and noticed that it was ordered by a female.

Actually it is valid, you said people shouldn't worry about how you make money...I'm of course not accusing you of anything illegal, but when we don't worry about how money is made (and handled) we can get into trouble.

And people said we were too cheaply priced.

:D

Only time will tell.

Who knows these fellas may be revolutionizing the hosting industry with some sort of ultra efficient customer support system that they'll license to the rest of us for big bucks when it's proven itself?
