good or bad?

I don't know about their reseller services, but their free hosting had the craziest, mixed up system I have ever seen.

They are a company based out of Russia. I have spoken to the guy before. He has a unique set up where there is no downtime. He offers a worlwide external clustering solution, so if one server goes down in say....Virginia, your site was already duplicated on another server in WA state to pick up where the last website failed.

Not sure on the quality of support though because I have never gotten an account with him considering I own my own consulting company.
