I am getting out of the hosting game and am looking to offload approximately 20 customers.
All the customers are located in Australia, so they would probably prefer to deal with another Australian business.
The total transfer load for these customers combined is less than 5Gb per month on the server they are currently on, which is at ServerMatrix running W2K3 server. They all use POP3 mail (Merak Mail Server) and their sites run off IIS with PHP additionally installed. MySQL is also available to some.
Only one or two clients use PHP or ASP
Only one or two clients use MySQL
Only two clients use SSL
I need the transition completed very quickly, and to make the transition seamless for the customers, I am willing to continue running the DNS for the primary domain name for these customers and point it to the new hosts services until such time as the new host can transition to their own domain name.
I need the transition to occur within the next 4 days, and can assist the new host with the transition.
The price that these customers currently pay is between AUD$11/mth for just email services to AUD$44/mth for email/website/ASP/PHP/MySQL. SSL customers paid an annual fee for certificate/static IP of around AUD$300.
Your prices are probably lower, but in any case, once the transition is complete, each customer will need to be sent your terms and conditions and be given an option to leave, which is generally not likely.
So is anyone up for the challenge?
