Hi there,
I’m looking for a business partner that will have an equal share in a well thought out business start up which may be very profitable. What I am looking for is an experienced web designer with excellent communication skills and rock solid motivation to make a business succeed. They will also have to have a passion for helping people and customers.
The business will be a web hosting/design reselling business in a niche market. I have run a very successful web hosting business in the past and I can bring that experience back into the new business. The biggest problem I had with the last business was finding a reliable web designer to do all the projects that was coming through and that is where I am hoping to find someone to strengthen that weak point.
The responsibilities for both people will include administrating a server each. Part of the plan is to have one person responsible per a server so there will not be any over workload and it will give customers more reassurances when there is a separate admin for each separate server.
Providing support to the customers obviously will be an important one and the support will have to be of highest quality. I can provide training to the potential partner on how to provide high quality support. Marketing the site is also important as well as to communicate on who is going to do what with the marketing and come up with ideas on new marketing strategies. Also both of us should be able to help each other out with each business aspect as well as continuing in improving the business for our customers as well as us.
The potential partner will have the added responsibility of managing web design projects and to be able to exceed clients’ expectations with finished projects and basically manage the whole web design aspect of the business. He/she should be able to work under tight deadlines and stress and be able manage other designers/contractors to get work fulfilled and completed.
My added responsibilities will include paying for the servers, adding content to the business site such as tutorials and articles. I will also be handling customer complaints, record keeping, software licensing, hiring, managing and training new staff members and day to day business tasks.
The business itself as said before will be a web host and web design business that will sell reselling services. It will provide our customers services where they can run their own successful web host and web design business without the need to worry about running a server or knowing how to do web design. Other services include giving the customers opportunity to resell domains, SSL certificates and more. All this can be done with their own branding so that their customers will not know that we are behind it all, providing our customers with successful branded business.
