Are many people using www.hostabuse.com? Any experiences? Has anybody received an order for a domain listed on hostabuse?

I was never able to log in or retrieve my data for hostabuse. I think its dead? I tried to start a forum a while back to list abusers, etc, but that didn't do very well.

Yeah, I remember that being mentioned a while ago. We've actually registered successfully, twice (lost login info). So there is still someone there. We've added a domain, and looked it up, and it seems to be okay. It's success would depend on wide usage, but that's going to require a more efficient registration process.

We started our own API a while ago to do what hostabuse does -but then we found hostabuse and realized our project was pointless :)

But if, as you say, hostabuse is useless, would you guys be interested in continuing the project (free of course!)

We already have a simple api that you can easily integrate into an order form. Please let me know, if there are enough people, we might as well do it :)
