A client of ours is in need of a support ticket system with SMS notification and possible server monitoring included inside it.

If anybody knows any that can do that let us know

I know that kayako support ticket system do come with sms notify but you need to get credit on the sms

Not sure if there is a complete suit for this, but I use Kayako for support tickets, with SMS notification, and http://www.hyperspin.com for server monitoring with SMS notification.

We're the same as Vpower.

Never had a problem with Kayako (although you do have to prepay for the SMS credits) and hyperspin is affordable and does what it says on the box.
