I'm seeking a 3 page website (home page, links page, and contact/signup page)

-I'd like the links page to have a submission option where I approve whether or not it's listed (links get emailed to me and i decide if they go up)

-the contact page will be 3-5 fields and upon clicking 'submit' the fields are emailed to me, and they'll be taken to a thank you page.

the site will have a playing card/poker theme.
