Do you buy domains and sell them for profit just like that?
This is a weird vocation.
What's the problem with just going to deleteddomains.com and search for some domain?
I'm really confused...

True... Templating is weird.
I would say it is like handy designs or designs for the financially challenged companies.

More like for the creatively challenged 'artists'.

Did Hellas.net acquire Nextday.gr? Or I am quoting grapevine rumors here....?

There's more to it. Unless you want garbage domains 99% of the time. As DD.com lists are on a 2-Day delay.

How ironic. I passed up on that domain a few months ago on DD.
I noticed it, even did a search on a registrar to see what extensions were taken. And still passed up on it.
My first instincts are rarely wrong, and I would hardly call myself an impulse buyer. And do not regret passing up the chance of getting that domain.

With that said, the answer to your question is self explanatory.
