Hi

I was wondering if anyone who HAD or HAS a server at burst please tell me if their experience was good or bad. I am thinking of getting a server from their nocster.com service and wanted some info

Thanks

Sean

All the information on burst.net was in the PAST i think Sean wants to know what they are like NOW

BurstNET will be adding a few more connections ... Good NOC ... Well Trained Techsupport and NOC staff

For $99 - $119 ( without extras ) per month .... brilliant deal

Yes you are right i don't care about their past every datacenter has some bit of a bad past. I want to know what they are like now and in the future. From current customers or past customers

I think it is kind of hard to get info on Nocster as of now due to the fact that has only been open ummm 5 days or somthing.. I am also very interested in how things turn out over there as I like to have servers spread out as much as possible it's just the process of finding reliable providers that stops us.

Hi,

Burst.net support is excellent. There is always human available on phone and AOL. I have tried calling them at 2:00 am, 5:00 am, 7:00 am est and some one always answers phone.

Burst.net staff is very helpful. Sean and John are cool. Matthew's writing style rocks. ;)

Yeah, they do had some network problems but sean announced they are adding more connections soon, which i guess will make there NOC more stable.

Thumbs up for burst.net. :agree:

overall, Good Value for dedicated servers. :)

This is a search on all threads with burst.net in the title for that past three months. That should give you some kind of an idea about current Burst.net

This is all of the posts with Burst.net in the title or in the post for the last 3 months. Perhaps people are saying something good about Burst in response to other posts.
