I've currently finished my A2 level courses within the UK, and so I have quite alot of time on my hands. I've always been passionate about IT, computing and web hosting services and have previously run a website using a reseller to offer free and paid services.
I have great literacy and English skills aswell as understanding many aspects of the hosting world. I have experience with WHM, Plesk, Cpanel, installation of cpanel skins, DirectAdmin and MySQL databases. I therefore believe I could help out greatly in any company, though I would most probably have to work remotely. I have quite a general knowledge of programming, so that's not my best aspect. I could efficiently answer any client's enquiries with great accuracy and validity aswell as maintaining a personal approach to their query.
My time zone is GMT (UK), and would be willing to work 30-40 hours per week. I would also be willing to work on a per ticket basis if that was required in the job.
