hey im trying to get my website template reviewed, on the board it says you only need 10, ive got 20+ any idea as to why i cant post in there?

The board has an automated job updates your ability to post in those forums every hour if I remember correctly. Since you reached the required count a while ago I'd say something broke. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/helpdesk is the fastest way to get a reply on this.
