I too would suggest iWeb. We have servers in their facility and I have visited it and can vouch for them.

That really depends on your budget and are you looking for shared or dedicated? check out shallal.net their prices are even in canadian dollars.

An other vote for netelligent.ca here... contact them for a quote you won't be sorry.

Netnation.com is Canadian, and they have a datacentre both in Texas and Vancouver. Good SLA and pricing.
