Hi.. i am in the market for a good webhost. What I need is a server that supports Windows NT and allows executable CGI. I also would like a server that has great loading speeds. I am looking to pay no more than $25 per month. Thanks.

Just wondering, but why do you need Windows NT hosting; are you going to have ASP pages or something which only properly on the Windows platform?
