Hello,
I am seeking some sort of software that will allow my sales/support consultants to keep an open record of telephone calls. Basically, when someone calls the consultant can record there name, telephone number, email, website and whatever I'd like. After they submit it, its stored in a database where other consultants can see the callers information (by doing a search) or ad a new caller in. Does anyone know of a software/script that can do this?

We use in-house call software.

Act should be fine.

What about creating a department for this in your Support Desk? Create a ticket per customer or # (put it as the title or something)?

Yeah, Kayako has a feature for "phone tickets" :)
