Xandrios 05-05-2006, 10:01 AM Would I need to pay you, or FDCservers? After the first three months is the payment per month, or again for three months at once?
Paypal OK?
buffhost 05-05-2006, 12:06 PM To whom I should pay the charge?
Thank you! :)
movieflick 05-06-2006, 02:39 AM in topic you say 83USD/month now you say 119usd/month
I thinbk they ment $86 and that is only if you pay 3 months up front.
srikanth 05-06-2006, 05:17 AM Exactly, the price was counted average when you pay for 3 months.
First payment is processed to us and following payments are paid directly to FDC. It doesent matter if its monthly or prepay. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions :).
Best regards
Srikanth
srikanth 05-06-2006, 05:19 AM After the 3 month you can decide if you want to pay for additional 3 month and get the same price or switch to monthly basis. You can be as flexible as you want.
buffhost 05-06-2006, 09:35 AM Would you please send me the direct link to the offer @ FDC ?
Thanks in advance.
srikanth 05-06-2006, 06:28 PM This offer is not provided by FDC, current price are much higher. Thats the whole point of this resell.. to keep this price range.
So.. to respond I have no direct link :).
Feel free contact me again if you have any further doubts or questions.
DexStation 05-06-2006, 06:38 PM I was just thinking the same thing :P
in topic you say 83USD/month now you say 119usd/month
srikanth 05-07-2006, 03:50 AM The box is still available if anyone is interested...
srikanth 05-09-2006, 11:14 AM Last call for this box. If anyone is interested please send me a mail within the end of this day. Also there is a possibility to upgrade the HDD with 400gb for a one time fee of 250usd.
sailorFred 05-09-2006, 06:52 PM 98% uptime really sucks. That works out to an allowed 14.4 hours/month of downtime.
Don't forget that FDC won't guarantee the 100Mb, either. They sort of guarantee 15Mb, but I can't get a straight answer as to whether they are continuing their old policy of capping customers that use too much bandwidth.
srikanth 05-12-2006, 03:51 PM It is mentioned above.. that the server is connected to a 100mbit port and not dedicated 100mbit. We have to be realistic when we see the price range above. FDC promise 15 - 20mbit and burstable up to 100mbit.
sailorFred 05-12-2006, 04:10 PM So what about the capping policy? Has that been discontinued?
We understand that when a line is shared and oversold, you can't be sure of getting the full pipe, but in the past, FDC has capped boxes that went over their "fair share." Does that still happen?
srikanth 05-14-2006, 04:58 AM The capping still exist. FDC will cap your connection to 15mbit when you use 100mbit continuesly let say more than 4 hours in a row.
