I dont know what you guys think but WebFusion are a complete pain in the rear end.

I cancelled my reseller account in January this year (or so i thought) Apparently my account is still up and running.

There support is about as useful as a chocolate teapot and their accounts department is no better. They seem to have an inability to keep records of any requests and changes you make and keep sending out random invoices for things you dont even order.

I dont know what the rest of you think but if you are looking for a reseller account or any hosting account for that matter steer clear of WebFusion.

Are they charging your account or just sending you invoices?

Worse, they actually got solicitors onto us!

And their excess bandwidth charge (above the staggaring amount of 3gig per month) is £50gbp per GIG (about $80usd or 160 soda-pops).
