Which datacenter do you use? We use 6 different datacenters, but these particular servers are at The Planet, in a private cage, with HE.net bandwidth.

Do I get root access with your managed servers? No, but we handle just about everything you would need to do as root.

We don't have a guaranteed response time, but it is fast enough that some of our server customers have been with us for years...and many of our server customers have more than one server with us. ;)

No root access. Sorry. This is one of the ways we are able to offer this server so cheap. We don't give the ability to inadvertantly screw up the server. That's not saying that YOU would screw up the server...but we don't know who will and who won't. While I realize this method isn't for everyone, it is definitely a desirable deal for many.
