What do you mean with tech support/69$ hour?

Since this is an unmanaged server, you have to pay for tech support. For example, if you need us to fix software, patch your kernel etc. Ofcourse we manage the network & hardware for free. Things like rebooting, and issuing IPs are free obviously. $69 / hr is a very decent rate if you look around.
