4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor? About 65k uniques/About 300k Page views
5. How does site generate income? banner ads/text links/newsletter ads/pop ups-unders/tell a friend form. How much? About $300 a month
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require? Content is easy to find on the net. A Daily update, add a new pic/joke, send the newsletter takes about 30 minutes.
7. What industry/audience does your site serve? Basically everyone
8. Is knowledge required of the industry served by your site? not really, just a sense of humor :)
9. Reason for selling? School work is my number one priority right now, so Im letting this one go.
10. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Yes, I will provide as much help as he/she needs.
11. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? Yes, 25,000+ Subscribers
12. Asking price for the site? Well, its probably worth around $2500 or so, I hope to get that, but who knows as Im selling it on Ebay with no reserve, whatever it ends at, I'll sell it.

4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor? About 15,500 uniques/About 60,000 Page views - I haven't sent anything to the mailing list though in over a month, so the sites hits are way below normal.
